Co-owners Gareth Kelly and Ryan Corbett each have over 20 years of experience providing these services to Delaware County homeowners. Gareth, a Master Electrician, previously owned Kelly Electric, Inc., and Ryan, a Master Plumber and Heating Mechanic, owned Antrim Plumbing. The two met and became friends when they found themselves working on the same new home construction sites. Ryan explained that he and Gareth not only worked very well together but also discovered that they shared the same Irish roots. “Both Gareth and I are originally from Ireland,” he said. “When we met here in the United States, we realized that we were born and raised in Ireland just about an hour away from each other.”
As the two continued to operate separate businesses for several years, their friendship grew, as did the idea to build their new business. They both credit their Irish heritage for instilling in them an incredibly strong work ethic and a fierce dedication to customer satisfaction. Gareth said that it made sense for him and Ryan to combine their time, talents and resources to reach more residents and offer more services. So, in 2018, Dream Team Home Services became a reality.
Merging two successful businesses opened up the opportunity to hit the ground running, and that’s exactly what happened. “Within one month of launching Dream Team Home Services, we had 12 service trucks in operation,” Ryan said. “We definitely created a buzz around town, and our business has been steadily growing ever since.”
