Since 2007, Porsche Main Line has been the Philadelphia area’s Premier Porsche Dealer offering new and certified pre-owned Porsche vehicles and Porsche parts and service. When it’s time to pick up a newly purchased vehicle, customers do so in a private, temperature controlled bay where a sales advisor reviews the vehicle’s details and a customer experience representative walks them through how to set up and operate all of the state of the art technology features.

The same standard of excellence and convenience is offered to current Porsche owners who bring their vehicles in for service. The factory-trained certified technicians at Porsche Main Line take pride in exceeding customers’ expectations with their white glove service approach. “We provide our customers with the ultimate hassle-free experience,” Ryan said. “When a customer brings their vehicle in for service or repairs, they drive directly into a covered, temperature-controlled service drive that has the built-in technology to immediately measure the car tire’s tread depth and evaluate the wheel alignment.”
For those who wish to wait on location, there is a café, a comfortable lounge and even a separate quiet room with desk space. But Service Advisor James Cockcroft said that many times customers take advantage of their complimentary pick-up and delivery service. “We have a team of drivers, a fleet of loaner vehicles and convenient online scheduling.” James explained that no matter if a customer comes into the facility or not, each one is treated with the same level of superior, seamless service.

Ryan said that their newly built facility caters as much to the staff as it does to the customer. “Robert wanted to be sure that his employees were well taken care of, so he built a full gym with access to a personal trainer and an employee restaurant that serves made-to-order breakfast, lunch and take-home dinners,” Ryan said. “Robert’s consistent and considerate investment in his employees is the reason why so many have been with Porsche Main Line for over a decade.”
