Around the holidays, parents are quick to find simple gifts for their children to give to their Teachers. And people of goodwill remember their Letter Carriers and Trash Collectors with tips for their faithful service all year.

Some business owners I meet with, to propose they become an advertising Sponsor of our community, will slant a question about how much people read magazines these days, with the mention of everyone getting their news and entertainment online these days.

Again this year, Marple Newtown Boy Scouts are combining efforts to help friends & neighbors to Be Prepared for Christmas!

I didn’t think of it. I wish I had. No, it was an advertising Sponsor who once candidly shared when I asked why they wanted to advertise in our hometown magazine. They said, “Bob, we read every new issue from cover to cover on the day it arrives in the mail. We want to be seen at the party.”
